To upload a file:

1. Create a text file with a contact name and phone number also the file names you are sending; size print of each, number of copies of each, and if you want matte or glossy prints.
2. On your computer create a directory with your name or company name.
3. Copy the files you want to send to this directory along with the text file you created.
4. Open the browser you use Explorer, Netscape or other. MAC users need to use a FTP client like Fetch.
5. Go to ftp://www.prophotonashville.com.
6. When the window opens drag the directory with your files to the window in the browser.
7. You should see the copy take place.
8. When finished close your browser to log off.

Your order will take about 3 days to complete.

NOTE: your files can be compressed before upload to our servers in .zip (PC/Windows) format. To avoid potential problems, please do not use spaces when naming your files and please keep file extenision (.tif .jpg) on the end of your file. Unknown file types will delay the processing of your order.
