Please take a moment and review the information below. These guidelines will help ensure optimal print quality and timeliness of your order.

· The digital files must be formatted to the size print you are ordering. If you order different size prints from the same file, see aspect ratio below.

· Save files as JPEG or TIFF and please leave the extension on the end of the file - photo.tif, photo.jpg. All Color files must be RGB, no CMYK files please.

· We will print any size file, but we recommend a minimum of 2 megabytes of file size. Smaller than 2 megabytes may be of insufficient size to produce the best results when printed on true photographic paper.

· If the resolution of the image is lower than recommended size, your resampling the image will not improve the print quality.

· If we discover a problem with your files, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible, but we can not be responsible for delays due to problem files. It is possible that we will not open your files until the day they are due.

· Aspect Ratio:
If the aspect ratio of the prints is different we need to know if you want Full Frame or Full Paper.

Full Frame is the entire image on the size paper you request. Prints may have borders of different sizes if your original is a different size than the prints you order.

Full Paper is the image cropped to fit the paper size you request. Prints will have borders of equal size or borderless.

Prophoto Inc. honors copyrighted material. If the images you are uploading were not taken by you, a written copyright release must be faxed to us prior to any printing. Your image may be copyrighted even if it does not explicitly say so. Our fax number is (615) 742-7291.
